The permanent deregistration of a personal mobility vehicle (PMV) can be processed by the vehicle owner or any authorized person on their behalf. In the case of minors, the process must be carried out online by their legal guardian.

To authorize a representative, you can designate a representative through our Power of Attorney Registry , selecting the procedure "Voluntary Deregistration" which is within the "Vehicles" category.

If your representative is going to carry out the procedure in person, as an alternative to using the register of powers of attorney, they may appear with a DGT authorization form “Granting of representation” signed by the interested party, where they authorize them to make the request, and it is stated that it is free of charge.

Remember that, when requesting the appointment, you must indicate both the ID of the interested party and that of the authorized person who will carry out the procedure on your behalf.
